The idea on the supernatural thriller was a good idea, however the complex role's for our actors would have been too difficult to film with the resources our group have. The equipment provided is very simple and we would not have been able to achieve the correct affect. In addition, the time spent on making a supernatural thriller would have also been a problem as we have a limited amount of time to complete our opening sequences. It is also linked to an action thriller, however the location it is filmed in which is a small toilet cubicle would have meant the space was very confined also given the time and equipment available to our group this would have been very difficult to film.
Given that, our final synopsis prove to have accessible and wider shooting locations for example, a bedroom and outdoor areas which makes it easier to film in but at the same time still holds the conventions of a thriller. By filming later on in the afternoon for our outside scenes and changing the score to set the mood etc, sets the audience up for this opening thriller sequence. Our final script, holds very little speech to keep the audiences attention on the story line, and distances them from the violence.
